Facile Synthesis of A-b-B-g-C type Block Copolymers by the Combination of RAFT and ATRP |
| 초록 |
A-b-B-g-C type (coil-comb) block copolymers have attracted recent attention because of their interesting microphase separation abilities in two length scale. In this study, the complex block architecture was prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of methyl methacrylate (A block) and monomers containing ATRP initiators at the side chain (B block), and the subsequent atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) initiated from the side chain of the B block. Detailed synthesis and characterization of the polymers will be presented. |
