제목 Synthesis of Core-Shell Interface Cross-Linked Micelle Using Poly (Ethylene Oxide)-b-Polystyrene Copolymer by RAFT Polymerization
초록 An amphiphilic block copolymer was synthesized by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical polymerization of styrene using poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO)-based trithiocarbonate as macro-RAFT agent. Design of the amphiphilic RAFT agent is found to be critical for the successful preparation of core-shell interface cross-linked micelle, because RAFT functional group inter-connects PEO and polystyrene block. This well-designed block copolymer first, dissolved in a selective solvent which self-assembled as core-shell micelle. The core-shell interface cross-link was conducted using a bifunctional monomer by RAFT polymerization.
