제목 Photoluminescence of Sol-Gel Processed Polyfluorene Derivatives Mixed with a Dielectric Hafnium Oxied Precursor
초록 A series of novel sol-gel processed composite films of organic-inorganic hybrid materials based on cross-likable polyfluorene derivatives and a dielectric hafnium oxide precursor were blended to investigate their photoluminescence properties either in the solid state or in various solutions. These organic-inorganic hybrid materials are covalently-bonded to form homogeneous, transparent photoluminescent films with mechanical integrity, as evidenced by their flexibility, toughness and adhesion, which can be successfully tailored to meet the needs of specific electronic applications. Blends of these two materials were carried out by non-hydrolytic sol-gel processing performed at 80°C and followed by thermal condensation and elimination of methanol as a byproduct. Through the sol-gel reaction, a high degree of dispersion of the dielectric hafnium oxide precursor was achieved, which may changes the dielectric properties of the final composite films.
