We have studied regioregular P3HT and bisPCBM composites films which are used as active layer in the polymer solar cells. To find relevant ratio for bulk heterojunction (BHJ) composites, electron and hole mobilities are measured by hole and electron only devices. The high balance of the mobilities causes high fill factor and performance of polymer solar cells, in this study, the ratio between the hole and electron mobilities of 1:0.8 of P3HT:bisPCBM composites is closer to 1 than the other ratios. From the information of mobilities with various ratios, we have fixed the ratio, 1:0.8 and then conducted solvent annealing to find out optimal condition of composites. The solvent annealing of P3HT:bisPCBM composites films leads to improvement of P3HT crystallites, absorption and morphology which characteristics are enhanced on the devices till 24h and then it is saturated and decreased at 48h. Our results can provide helpful information at using the bisPCBM as an acceptor in BHJ. |
