제목 Fabrication of 3-D Multilayers Using Crosslinkable Block Copolymers
초록 In this work, we fabricated 3-D nanostructures using crosslinkable block copolymer (BCPs). We synthesized crosslinakble BCPs, P(S-r-(S-N3))-b-PMMA. And we fabricated multilayer structure that consisted of first layer of cylinder and second layer of lamella, or vice versa. To improve the lateral ordering of cylindrical hexagonal patterns, we synthesized the PEO-based crosslinkable BCPs, P(S-r(S-N3))-Trytl-PEO. We prepared thin film of P(S-r(S-N3))-Trytl-PEO, exhibiting the long-ranged hexagonal arrays of perpendicularly oriented cylinders, using the solvent annealing process. After crosslinking the thin films, we prepared the second layer of BCPs that had cylinder or lamella morphology. Consequently, a well-defined 3-D nanostructures were successfully fabricated. Furthermore, we examined how the interfacial interaction between adjascent layers affects the formation of 3-D nanostructures.
