In this study, an energetic plasticizer which contains dinitro groups and alkyne functional chain end was designed. In order to synthesize functional energetic plasticizer different synthetic methods were investigated. Because 2,2-dinitropropanol (DNP-OH) was not stable in base condition, subsititution reaction could not be applied under basic condition. The etherification which was catalyzed under acid condition was applied in this reaction. Since there were 3 products formed in etherification, the reaction condition which could provide higher yield of the main product was investigated. |
