제목 Transfer stamped thin-film transistors for organic/inorganic hybrid complementary inverters
초록 Ion gels that coagulate ionic liquids using a host polymer network have attracted much attention due to their high ion mobility and capacitance. In this study, an electrochemical device was fabricated by transfer stamping p- and n-type semiconductors, ion gel gate dielectrics and a gate electrode. Resulting p-type and n-type thin-film transistors operated at low voltages below 2V. By connecting these p- and n-type transistors in series, organic/inorganic hybrid complementary inverters were successfully fabricated. The transfer-stamped transistor-based complementary inverters showed appropriated voltage transfer characteristics at low supply voltages below 2 V with reasonably high voltage gain close to 20.
