The ion exchange filter was prepared using the polyurethane foam, APS and three anion exchange resin. The adsorption properties of HF and HCl over ion exchange filter were investigated to determine the effect produced by varying condition, such as the concentration and flow rate. In batch experiment, the adsorption equilibrium was investigated on ion exchange filter at room temperature and with different solution concentrations. To determine the adsorption rate constant of HF and HCl, continuous column tests were performed. Also, the results of the regeneration tests showed that the ion exchange filter exhibited good durability. |
