Effects of various different type of materials on conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films |
초록 |
Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):Poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with high transparency and high mechanical flexibility is an excellent material as the transparent electrode to replace indium tin oxide(ITO). However, pristine PEDOT:PSS films suffer from a very low conductivity, which is quite low to be used as stand-alone electrodes. In this work, we have studied the behaviour of PEDOT:PSS thin films by using various different type of materials as additive and we have checked the effects of these treatments on the PEDOT:PSS films. The properties of the films were investigated through instrument of UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis), 4-probe measurement, alpha Step(α-step), hazemeter, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). |
