제목 Development of Polythiophene-based OTFTs Channel Materials Containing Electron-deficient Unit Comonomer
초록 Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have attracted great interest as potential low-cost alternative to silicon technology for application in large-area, flexible and ultra low-cost electronics. For the realization of OTFTs, development of high performance channel material is crucial. Thiophene-based p-conjugated polymers have been widely used in p-channel OTFTs due to their high charge carrier mobility. Incorporation of novel chemical structure to such polymers is critical to controlling the properties of the materials as well as their device performance. In this work, we have designed and prepared three kinds of polythiophene derivatives by changing the content of electron-deficient thiazole unit in the main chain. As it is expected, the chemical and physical properties of the polymers as 1H-NMR, GPC, UV-Vis spectroscopy and electrochemical property can be tuned with the thiazole unit. Detailed results will be presented in the presentation.
