제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Perfluorocyclobutane based Polymers and Their Application to Polymer Light-Emitting and Electrochromic Devices
초록 New curable arylamine and carbazole containing perfluorocyclobutane (PFCB) materials without acidic groups were successfully synthesized. The monomers were pre-oligomerized and coated onto ITO, and then in situ thermally polymerized and cured to form thin films under nitrogen. These polymer thin films were transparent and colorless. They had >90% transmission over the entire visible region. These polymers had high thermal stability. Glass transition temperature (Tg) and decomposition temperature of these polymer were 142 to 150 ℃ and 354 to 373 ℃, respectively. These polymer films had excellent solvent resistance in common organic solvents such as chlorobenzene and toluene. In addition, these thin films had smooth surface morphology and good wettability with emitting layer. The hole transporting and electrochromic properties were determined by electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical methods. The HOMO level of PFCB films could be tuned by co-, or ter-polymerization. Arylamine containing PFCB polymer films exhibited two oxidation peaks and two absorption bands at 480 nm and 700 nm.
