제목 Synthesis and Fabrication of Highly Conductive PEDOT:PSS Film as Transparent Electrode
초록 Conjugated polymers have attracted extensive attention due to their unique optical, processable, electronic properties including an excellent conductivity, and low cost. Among the various conducting polymers, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) has attracted considerable interest due to its excellent electrical and optical properties. PEDOT is an insoluble polymer, but the use of a water-soluble polyelectrolyte, poly(styrene sulfonic acid) (PSS), as the charge balancing counterion has made it possible to yield a PEDOT:PSS aqueous composite. The PEDOT:PSS is one of the most promising organic-based electrode materials owing to its inherent advantages over other conducting polymers such as high transparency, long-term stability, and water-solution processability. Therefore, In this work, we present about synthesis of PEDOT:PSS and evaluation of conductivity. And we enhanced conductivity of PEDOT:PSS using post treatment. As a result, the enhanced PEDOT:PSS were used to transparent electrode.
