제목 Synthesis and Characterization of SERS-active Gold Nanoflowers Encapsulated with Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) Hydrogels
초록 Recently, surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is ultrasensitive vibrational spectroscopic technique to detect molecules on the surface of plasmonic nanostructure 1). Gold Nanoflowers (AuNFs) were facilely prepared by ascorbic acid-induced reduction of gold acid in the presence of chitosan polymers. Flower-like AuNFs exhibited the enhanced SERS activity in the sensitive detection of CTP molecules. Furthermore, AuNFs were encapsulated with P(NIPAM-co-AAc) hydrogel, which can offer advantages in SERS-based sensing applications due to their high sensitivity and biological stability.
