제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of SERS-active Gold Nanoflowers Encapsulated with Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) Hydrogels |
초록 | Recently, surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is ultrasensitive vibrational spectroscopic technique to detect molecules on the surface of plasmonic nanostructure 1). Gold Nanoflowers (AuNFs) were facilely prepared by ascorbic acid-induced reduction of gold acid in the presence of chitosan polymers. Flower-like AuNFs exhibited the enhanced SERS activity in the sensitive detection of CTP molecules. Furthermore, AuNFs were encapsulated with P(NIPAM-co-AAc) hydrogel, which can offer advantages in SERS-based sensing applications due to their high sensitivity and biological stability.
