제목 Develop and utilize fruit flavor receptors
초록 The human nose is the most important organ to recognize information. The reason is determined by receptors in olfactory epithelial cells. Receptor binding affinity is superior to antigen antibody reaction by 100 times. So receptors are suitable for the application of biosensors. In this study, we developed a receptor that detect fruit odor and it is applied to an electronic bionanosensor. Through this study, we will analyze the gas to use GC. It can separate a stage of the fruit then make the indicator about the freshness through the expressed receptor.
