제목 Synthesis and device performance of bulky methyl and silyl group substituted phosphine oxide electron transport materials
초록 The phosphine oxide based high triplet energy electron transport materials with phenyl substituted sp3 carbon and silane were synthesized and the device performances were correlated with the chemical structure. The triphenyl phosphine oxide unit was modified with bulky triphenylmethyl group(TCPO1) and triphenyl silyl group(TSPO1). The substitution of triphenyl silyl group (TSPO1) has better electron transporting property than triphenyl methtyl group. The maximum quantum efficiency of the blue phosphorescent device used TSPO1 for electron transport layer was 17.7 %. but the TCPO1 showed very low quantum efficiency.
