제목 Synthesis and Wear Performance of New Thiocarbamate Derivatives
초록 A series of sebacic acid esters (H-shape) containing mercaptobenzothiazole and dialkylenedithiocarbamate, which are potential environmentally friendly lubricating grease additives, were synthesized. The tribological properties as lubricating additives in 100N base oil, vegetable oil and Li-soap greases were evaluated using a 4-ball tester and SRV tester. The above synthesized H-shape additives were insoluble in 100N base oil and vegetable oils. SRV WSD results of Li-soap greases containing 1wt% H-shape additives containing 1wt% show that the series of sebacic acid esters with dioctyldithiocarbamate group and mercaptobenzothiazole groups possess better antiwear performance than that of ZnDTP. Whereas, SRV EP characteristics showed worse than that of ZnDTP.
