Enhanced Activity and Stability of Mucor javanicus Lipase Pretreated with Ionic Liquids |
| 초록 |
The activity and stability of Mucor javanicus lipase pretreated with various ionic liquids (ILs) were observed. The results show that the activity and stability of pretreated lipase with ILs were higher than that of native lipase in the hydrolysis reaction in an aqueous medium. |
