Rapid and efficient synthesis of a 2H - and 13C - labeled pyronaridine tetraphosphate |
초록 |
Pyronaridine tetraphsphate (PNDP) is being developed for the treatment of malaria.The antimalarial activity of PNDP has been attributed to both blood schizontocidal and gametocytocidal activities.An efficient approach to a stable isotope (2H and 13C) labeled PNDP using a microwave irradiation technique was estabilished resulting in the significant rate enhancements and the high product yields.Instrumental analysis produced satisfactory results.The labeled compounds can be used for metabolic studies and also as an internal standard for a rapid mass spectral quantification. |
