The perovskite solar cells is recognized as an attractive building block for photonic devices because of its novel properties including low temperature solution processability and excellent flexibility. In order to develop high-performance flexible perovskite solar cells, flexible Transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) with good electrical, optical, and mechanical properties are required. Here, we fabricated a highly flexible gold chlorides (AuCl3)-graphene hybrid TCE by chemical vapor deposition grown graphene for flexible perovskite solar cells devices. The AuCl3-graphene TCE exhibited excellent optical and electrical properties, comparable to conventional ITO. As a result, the flexible perovskite solar cells with the AuCl3-graphene showed high-performance photovoltaic properties. Furthermore, we also demonstrate AuCl3-graphene TCE based flexible perovskite solar cells on polyethylene terephthalate substrates and show the device stability under variety bending conditions. |
