제목 Absorption wavelength expansion to enhance the performance of organic - inorganic hybrid solar cells
초록  Solution processed polymer solar cells (PSCs) are currently attracting a great attention due to advantage of solution processability, ease of fabrication and potential of flexible device. Despite these advantages, performance of polymer based solar cells is lower than that of inorganic solar cells because polymers have limited absorption property. Quantum dots (QDs) is attractive inorganic materials as promising modified photoactive layer because of their broad light absorption spectrum and size-dependent optical, electrical properties.  
 By introducing QDs in polymer based photoactive layer, QDs plays a important role in photoactive layer that it covers near-ultraviolet wavelength region different with polymer absorbed visible and near-infrared wavelength region. In this study, hybrid solar cells with polymer and QDs were fabricated via solution process. As a result, photovoltaic performance was improved.
