Covalent Immobilization of Polymer Thin Films on Silicon Wafer Using Silane-Functionalized Perfluorophenyl Azides |
| 초록 |
The attachment of thin films on solid materials is an effective way to tailor the chemical and physical properties of the surface layer. We report a simple and versatile method for the covalent immobilization of polymer thin films on solid substrates using functionalized perfluorophenyl Azides(PFPAs). Also reported is the combination of the immobilization chemistry with photolithography, which generated patterned polymer films. |
