제목 High Pt catalyst utilization using sputter process for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells
초록 Low metal loading catalysts for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel cells (PEMFCs) were prepared by using novel sputtering techniques. This structure has been examined by TEM, BET, XRD. The electrochemical and cell performance of porous thin film Pt electrodes was compared with that of conventional thin film electrodes. The specific activity was much higher, indicating that the catalyst utilization efficiency was higher than that obtained with a conventional thin film electrode so that this can be widely used in structures requiring a chemical or electrochemical reactions.
