제목 | Novel photopolymer using ionomer for recording stability |
초록 | Photopolymer for holographic material refers to the polymeric materials which has a refractive index grating via photopolymerization by using two-beam interference. Photopolymers are very promising materials for holographic applications such as high-density data storage device, holographic display device, and filters for optical communication systems. Photopolymer consists of polymer binder, monomer, photosensitizer, and initiator. The refractive index difference between polymer binder and monomer is determinant for high diffraction efficiency and the compatibility also important for high optical quality. Currently available photopolymers have some problems to overcome such as volume shrinkage and low optical quality which originates from the poor compatibility between the two polymers. In this study, we propose a new type of photopolymer and fabrication method to reduce the volume shrinkage and light loss due to the low optical quality of film. The introduction of a new polymer binder with nanoporous structure and a new fabrication method will be discussed. |
