제목 Magnetic Property of Non-oxide Ceramics derived from Liquid Precursors and Ferric Chlorides
초록 The functional non-oxide ceramics derived from liquid preceramic polyners with transition metal compounds have been studied to use at chemically harsh conditions and high temperature. For magnetic properties of non-oxide ceramics, preceramic polymers and ferric chlorides were used and fabricated. After dissolving ferric chlorides in THF completely, the polymers were added to the solution. The molecular weight started increasing within a few hours, grew up at room temperature, and colored in dark yellow. The high viscosity of mixed compound was obtained by evaporizing THF. Curing at 200℃ was followed, and the cured compound was pyrolyzed to 1000℃ under nitrogen atmosphere. The obtained ceramic were analyzed by XRD, TEM and TGA.
