Kinetics of De-cross-linking Reaction of Cross-linked Polyethylene using Supercritical Fluid |
초록 |
Plastic have been used widely in the daily life for many advantages such as lightness, strength, and beautiful color. However, because it is not bio-degradable, the treatment of waste plastic has been the point at issue, so many researchers have been studied the method to reuse the waste plastic. In this study, the recycling of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) by de-cross-linking reaction using supercritical fluid. The XLPE is good insulating material but it cannot be reused directly because it is the thermosetting resin. As a result of a series of experiments, the XLPE can be completely de-cross-linked using various supercritical fluid. In addition, the kinetics of de-cross-linking reaction was also studied at various temperature. |
