Development of Recycling Technology for XLPE using Supercritical Fluid. |
초록 |
XPLE among thermosetting resins is widely used by means of insulating materials due to the excellent insulating property and processibility. XLPE does not dissolve in solvents and melt by heat owing to the cross-linking network structure. Due to the chemical cross-linking structure, the technology of physical/chemical treatment and organic/inorganic complexation process of a waste thermosetting resin complex is necessary for its recycling. We developed of recycling technology that decross-linking parts of cross-linked polyethylene by using supercritical water technology and makes it possible to reuse them as a thermoplastic resin. We investigated its physical properties after decross-linking XLPE using supercritical fluid. |
