제목 Single-Wall Carbon Nanotube/Poly(L-lysine) Nanocomposites by Mechanochemical Fabrication
초록 A new method was developed to fabricate polymer composites with single-walled carbon nanotubes based on a solid state reaction, in which the nanotubes were reacted with poly(L-lysine) by using vibration milling. FT-IR, UV-vis spectroscopic, and thermogravimetric studies were employed to characterize the composites synthesized. The morphology as well as the dispersion of the carbon nanotubes was determined by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The adsorption or wrapping of poly(L-lysine) allows a high surface area coverage with low backbone strain around the SWNTs and also yields water-soluble composites.
