Highly effective Indium tin oxide (ITO) free organic solar cells (OSCs) device was prepared by using conductive polymer anode based on polyaniline (PANI) on flexible substrate. PANI emeraldine base (EB) was obtained by self-stabilized dispersion polymerization (SSDP) and it was noted for the method to get a high conductivity. PANI-EB doped with camphor sulfonic acid (CSA) was dissolved in m-cresol. It was important factors not only conductivity but thickness for the high transparency. However, when the thickness of polymer anode layer decreased or the area of that increased, its conductivity value dropped drastically. Self orientated additive (SOA) was synthesized and blended with PANI to overcome these disadvantages in our study. The conductivity and transmittance of PANI/SOA film is 742 S/cm and 82 % at 550 nm, respectively. It revealed PANI/SOA film had good potential for OSCs anode material.
