제목 The study on the surface reaction of LiFePO4 cathode using Raman spectroscopy
초록  As increasing of interest in large scale batteries demand for electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and grid energy storage, it becomes more important issue to enhance the performance and safety for Li-ion battery. However, applications in large scale batteries are still difficult due to the loss of electrochemical performance by side reaction from cathode. Therefore, monitoring the electrodes during charging and discharging process has recieved attention.
 Raman spectroscopy is a useful tool to investigate the surface change of cathode materials in the battery in real time. In this study, in-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical performance were carried out for Li-ion battery including LiFePO4 cathode. Details of the results will be discussed in this presentation.
