제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Low Dielectric Polyimides |
초록 | Novel polyimides having fluorinated alkly side chains were prepared by the amine-modification approach and characterized. The aim of this study is laid at exploitation of applications as low dielectric materials. For the aim new aromatic diamine monomers for the polyimides were synthesized from 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid and 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid via consecutive reactions with fairly high yields and characterized by various spectroscopic methods. The diamine monomers were polymerized with commercially available aromatic dianhydrides such as PMDA, ODPA, and 6FDA. The polyimides thus obtained were identified by the spectroscopic and X-ray diffractometric means. Their physical, thermal, solution, and electrical properties were measured and discussed with the emphasis laid on the effect of chain structure. Scheme 1. Synthetic route to monomers 참고문헌 1.
