The Effect of Temperature and Humidity on PEDOT Thin Film |
초록 |
Fabrication of sensor with PEDOT has advantages of simplicity and mass production. In this study, temperature and humidity sensor was fabricated with PEDOT, and its electrical property change by temperature and humidity fluctuation was investigated. To improve sensor performance, thermal and chemical methods were used. The topology and morphology of the PEDOT thin film surface was analyzed by AFM and SEM images. |
