제목 Amyloid-β Impedance Sensor Based on Specific Receptor Cellular Prion Protein for Early Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease
초록 In this work, an electrochemical sensor was prepared using cellular prion (PrPc) protein for selective detection of Aβ1-42 oligomer. The amine-terminated PrPc peptide was immobilized on gold electrode covered in advance with a self-assembled monolayer of 3-mercaptopropionic acid. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were confirmed by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The sensing performance of the Aβ-sensor was investigated by the surface resistance-change in EIS, which provided the linear range response as well as low detection limit. The high selectivity and sensitivity of the Aβ-sensor can be used in practical for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease.
