제목 | Fabrication of Biosensor Composed of Surface Modified MoS2-Graphene Oxide-Myoglobin for Nitric Oxide Detection |
초록 | In this work, we prepared the nitric oxide (NO) biosensor composed of surface modified MoS2, graphene oxide (GO) and myoglobin (Mb) (MoS2/GO-Mb) with increase of electrochemical signal. To fabricate this biosensor, we synthesized the surface modified MoS2 to encapsulate by GO. Mb was utilized for NO detection. Synthesis of MoS2 and MoS2/GO were verified by transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Immobilization of MoS2/GO-Mb was investigated by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and cyclic voltammetry. NO detecting property of MoS2/GO-Mb was measured by amperometric i-t technique. The result indicated that proposed MoS2/GO-Mb showed the increased electrochemical signal and NO detecting property compared with Mb without MoS2/GO. This hybrid structure composed of MoS2/GO can be applied to develop the biosensor with high selectivity and sensitivity.
