High performance gel gated OFET arraywith one dimensional P3HT nano fiber |
| 초록 |
An emerging class of polymer electrolytes known as ion gels can serve as printable, high capacitance gate insulators in organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). The ion gel specific capacitance can exceed 10 F/cm2; this value is much larger than that of conventional ceramic or polymeric gate dielectrics. One dimensional electrospun P3HT nano fibers were used as active layer. The field effect mobility was around 1 cm2/Vs, operation voltage was smaller than 1V and on/off ratio was ~ 105 measured in ambient system. |
