초록 |
Aqueous two-phase systems(ATPS) are frequently adapted in the recovery of proteins and biomolecules. Two phase systems consist of a hydrophilic AKM copolymer and dextran. Lipase is modified with AKM copolymer and degree of modification is found to be directly proportion to number of maleic acid anhydride groups present in AKM copolymer. Partition of native and modified lipase has also investigated in these aqueous two phase AKM copolymer/dextran systems. Partition coefficient increases with increase in degree of modification. AKM-0531 copolymer is found to be enzyme selective and modified enzyme always shows better separation than that of native enzyme. |
