제목 Electrical Properties of SM/MAA/GMA triblock cation exchange membrane
초록 The polystyrene ion exchange membrane has been interested in many industrial parts for their various application. The polystyrene ion exchange membrane has a disadvantage of durability due to their brittle property. In order to enhance the durability, Triblock copolymer based on styrene monomer/Methacrylic acid/Gilcidyl methacrylate(SM/MAA/GMA) as a membrane precursor was synthesized by solution polymerizion. And also the sulfonated ion exchange membrane(IEM) was prepared for sulfonation and photo crosslinking with UV. We investigated the ion exchange capacity(IEC), water content, ion transfer number and membrane of electrical resistance(MER) by instrumental analysis, such as potential meter and LCR tester etc. their values were 1.89meq/g, 45.6%, 0.972, and 2.8ohm-cm2, respectively.
