제목 APPLICATION OF ZEOLITE ZSM5 ON THE PYROLYIS OF SOYBEAN OIL
초록 Various kinds of ZSM5 material (ZSM5, H-ZSM5 and Na-ZSM5) were used for the catalytic pyrolysis of soybean oil in a fixed bed reactor under nitrogen gas at 400, 420 and 450°C. In the presence of ZSM5 and H-ZSM5, the gas products of pyrolysis process were mainly C1 C4 hydrocarbon while the liquid products were largely aromatic compounds. The conversion and gas yield approached the highest value at 98.7 wt % and 23.1 wt % respectively at 450°C by the catalysis of H-ZSM5. Conversely, in the presence of Na-ZSM5, the coke yield suddenly increased, accompanying with the arising of dark color in liquid product and the blocking of the reactor. From GC analysis of liquid product, it can be concluded that the catalyst acidity has a strong effect on the product composition as well as the catalytic activity for pyrolsysis of soybean oil.
