제목 | Structural analysis of the thin films prepared by dip/spin self-assembly coating method |
초록 | We have demonstrated that the well-organized multilayer films based on electrostatic interaction could be produced in a very short time using a spin self-assembly (SA) method. In this study, the dependence of structural property on the two SA coating method was investigated for organic/inorganic thin films. The organic/inorganic multilayer thin films based on electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding were prepared with dip SA and spin SA method. The absorption amount and the thickness of thin films were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy, AFM and X-ray reflectivity. For both electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding self-assembly (SA), thin films with well-ordered structure are produced when the method is combined to spin coating method. The adsorbed amount of the thin film based on electrostatic interaction is effectively increased by spin SA method than by dip SA method. However, in the case of hydrogen bonding SA, the film thickness and adsorbed amount is not significantly affected by the coating method. |
