제목 Preparation of PPy based porous conducting composites
초록 Highly porous film of PVDF was prepared by the electrospinning process, and then fabricated to polypyrrole(PPy) conducting composites by in situ polymerization method. Non-woven web prepared by the elctrospinning technique has high ratio of surface to weight compared with the conventional porous fabrics. This conducting composite has promising applications as filtration, sensor, protective clothing and functional materials. The composite had homogeneous and uniform structure of PPy on the surface of nanofibers of the composite. The electrical conductivity of composite increased with the increase of the concentration of oxidants of the spinning solution. The electrspun PPy composite had good electrical conductivity in the range of 10-1 to 10-3 S/cm with high thermal stability.
