제목 High efficiency deep blue and pure white organic light-emitting diodes using a new deep blue phosphorescent dopant material
초록 High efficiency pure white organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) were developed by using three color phosphorescent dopants. A stack sequence was blue and green/red emitting layers. Pure white color obtained by control blue and green/red emitting-layer thickness. New deep blue dopant tris((3,5-difluoro-4-cyanopheyl)pyridine) iridium (FCNIr) doped deep blue OLEDs show a high quantum efficiency 9,2% with a color coordinate of (0.15, 0.16) at 500 cd/m2. White OLEDs show a high quantum efficiency of 15.2 % and a current efficiency of 27.9 cd/A at a luminance of1000 cd/m2 were obtained with a color coordinate of (0.30, 0.32).
