Curing Behavior and Surface Property of Acrylic Resins Synthesized by Photopolymerization Incorporating Perfluoropolyether for Low Surface Energy Coatings |
초록 |
Acrylic resins based butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate were synthesizedby photopolymerization. 1,6-hexanedioldiacrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate were blended with acrylic resins as reactive diluents. Perfluoropolyether urethane methacrylate (FUMA) was incorporated to lower surface energy. Curing rate and pendulum hardness tended to decrease as increasing FUMA. Surface energy declined effectively with small amounts of FUMA. |
