제목 Efficient and Stable Hybrid Hole Transport Layers for Organic Solar Cells in Ambient Atmosphere
초록 Organic solar cells (OSCs) are currently an attractive field of research due to advantages such as solution process. In inverted structure OSCs fabricated via solution process, hole transport layers such as PEDOT:PSS usually introduced onto active layer with high conductivity, hole transport properties. However, the corrosive nature of PSS is harmful for device stability in ambient atmosphere. Furthermore, the energy level mismatch between active layer and PEDOT:PSS causes carrier recombination resulted in low JSC and FF.  
The introduction of hybrid PEDOT:PSS between active layer and electrode can be good alternative that lowering corrosion and carrier recombination with enhanced internal electric field. In this study, we fabricated OSCs with hybrid PEDOT:PSS between active layer and electrode to enhanced performance and stability in ambient atmosphere. As a result, the device with hybrid PEDOT:PSS exhibited enhanced performance and stability than pristine PEDOT:PSS based device.
