제목 Preparation and Characterization of Periodic Mesoporous Organosilicas(PMOs) Thin films
초록 Up to date, most studies have focused on the synthesis, formation mechanism, characterization, modification and inclusion chemistry of mesoporous powder products. From the viewpoint of practical applications however, mesoporous films have more advantage. Mesoporous silica films usually have ultra-low dielectric constant, good mechanical strength and thermal stability. Furthermore organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous materials (namely, materials incorporated with organic group into their framework) have possibilities of wider range of applications.
Periodic mesoporous organosilicas(PMOs) thin films were prepared using the bridged silsesquione as the precursor and triblock copolymer P123 as the structure directing agent. The mesoporous films were optained by spin coating on a cover glass.
The materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption/desorption
