A flexible and transparent polymeric electrode was prepared by spin coating polyaniline doped with camphor sulfonic acid (PANI:CSA) on PET film for polymeric organic solar cells. Synthesized PANI emeraldine base (EB) having a high molecular weight was doped with CSA at 1:0.5 molar ratio in m-cresol. PANI:CSA was fabricated by applying several organic polar solvents such as NMP, DMSO, DMF, by spin coating on the PET film at various spin rates, and by annealing at various temperatures. Effects of kinetic factors above on the orientation of PANI chains and their conductivity were evaluated. As results, fabrication employed in this research could enhance the conductivity of PANI:CSA flexible polymeric electrode significantly. In addition, an application of self orientation additive also improved the conductivity of polymeric film. This research was supported by the National Research Foundation (Project. 2010-017228). |
