제목 A Cell-Based Bio-Hybrid Actuator for Bio-MEMS Application
초록 In this study, the integrated cell-based bio-actuator was fabricated by DLP 3D printer and subsequently filling the cell-matrix composed of Collagen, Matrigel and Myoblasts. Also, geometric design was optimized for stress-induced 3D alignment of differentiated myotubes. Next, electrical stimulation triggered contraction of engineered myotubes and movement of the integrated cell-based actuator. This cell-based bio-actuator system could be further developed as an integrated cellular machine, specifically, for a broad array of Bio-Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems
