Curing Behaviors of Glass/Brominated DGEBA Epoxy Prepreg |
| 초록 |
Composite material is a material made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties. The curing behaviors of brominated DGEBA (diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A) epoxy prepreg by using dielectrometer. This material showed the lowest viscosity at 110 oC. The dielectric behaviors were measured according to the curing cycle for PCB. The physical properties of cured ccomposite were also measured and discussed. |
