제목 Aptamer-Functionalized Multichannel Carbon Nanofibers for a FET-Type Bisphenol A Sensor
초록 We fabricated aptamer-functionalized multichannel carbon nanofibers for use as a FET sensor to detect bisphenol A (BPA). Multichannel carbon nanofibers (MCNF) were fabricated by single-nozzle electrospinning of two immiscible polymer solutions followed by thermal treatment in inert atmosphere. MCNF were oxidized with a HNO3/H2SO4 mixture to introduce carboxyl groups on the surface of the fibers. By forming a covalent bond with amide, carboxylated MCNF (C_MCNF) were immobilized on an amine functionalized electrode substrate and also amine-functionalized BPA-binding aptamer was introduced to the C_MCNF. The FET sensor based on A_C_MCNF exhibited ultrahigh sensitivity and selectivity towards BPA at an unprecedentedly low concentration (1 fM). Furthermore, a longer lifespan can be expected due to the covalent bonding.
