Synthesis and characterization of carbon/silicon composite particles for lithium-ion battery anode |
초록 |
In this work, silicon-carbon composite particles were designed for the anode materials of lithium ion battery. The silicon-nanoparticle/acrylonitrile monomer mixture were polymerized within organic continuous medium and granulated in the PVA aqueous solution. The conducting agent was incorporated into the particles during polymerization. Carbonization was carried out at 700℃. The morphology and particle size distribution was observed by utilizing scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. The electrochemical properties were investigated for application of lithium-ion battery anode materials. |
