Synthesis of cuprous oxide by addition of ammonia and their antibacterial activity, oxidation stability |
초록 |
In many studies about antibacterial activity, Cu2O was reported as a representative metal oxide to have high antibacterial activity. In this study, we were prepared Cu2O nanoparticles by using copper(II) nitrate trihydrate as a precursor with or without NH3. It was investigated that the effect of NH3 addition during the synthesis process on stability and antibacterial activity. The morphology of the prepared Cu2O nanoparticles was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The oxidation state of the prepared nanoparticles was proven by x-ray diffraction(XRD). The antibacterial activity was examined by petrifilm. |
