제목 Optimization of CZT(S, Se)4 thin film solar cell fabrication process and electrical characteristics.
초록 In recent years, CZT(S, Se)4 based thin film solar cell has received significant attention as a great potential absorber material because of lower material cost due to earth abundant, and environmentally friendly materials. It has a proper and tunable bandgap (1.0~1.5eV) and a high optical absorption coefficient around 105 cm-1. We demonstrated stacking precursors by sputtering and evaporation, and rapid thermal process (RTP) method. The proper selenium thickness and RTP temperature are found from a few experiments in this system. The best cell showed an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.39V, a short-circuit current (Jsc) of 29.61mA/cm2, a fill factor of 47% and a conversion efficiency of 5.6%.
